Worship Team Interest Form
We're excited to hear that you're interested in auditioning for the Keystone Worship Team—we can’t wait to get to know you better!
To help you get started, we’ve put together everything you’ll need for the first steps of the audition process. Here’s how to begin:
Step 1: Attend Regularly on Sundays and Wednesdays(if you are a student) -Keystone is your church home!
Before you start, the first requirement to audition for the team is to regularly attend. We want those auditioning to have already made Keystone your church home. If you are an adult, this means we would like for you to have already attended Keystone Unlocked. If you are a student, you need to be attending Crew on Wednesdays and be active in your crew group for a season.
If this is already something you are doing, then you can take the next step to audition!
Also, because auditioning for the worship team can take some time, we would love to help you get connected to another area of ministry while we walk with you through each step. Please reach out to kim@keystonechurch.com if you would like to get plugged in to serve somewhere in the process.

Step 2: Fill Out the Worship Team Interest Form below
At the bottom of the interest form, you’ll find the song you'll need to prepare and record for your video audition.

FOR STUDENTS AUDITIONING:
Please send the CREW Leader Recommendation Form (link below) to an adult leader from your CREW. It will be your responsibility to make sure they receive the form and know it needs to be completed and submitted.
Once they submit the form, it will go directly to the Worship Team through the form submission, so they will NOT need to send the completed form back to you. Please be sure to follow up with your leader to make sure the form has been submitted.
Your audition video cannot be considered for moving forward until the CREW Leader Recommendation Form has been completed and submitted. Thank you!

Step 3: Access Audition Materials
We’ve set you up with everything you need for your audition song on our Dropbox link. Use the info below to access this:
Step 4: Create Your Audition Video
Once you've reviewed the materials and practiced your song, go ahead and record your audition video. When recording, make sure we can both see and hear you clearly. After recording, just paste the video link into the appropriate space on the interest form.
